This product will allow your technician to help you with reloading your corrupted operating system and bring it to a normal state. Please note that your technician may require a 2nd PC to prepare flash drives for installation of new operating system. The technician may require you to purchase a flash drive to create your recovery media.

Please also note that this product may require remote access to your computer or device. This connection is temporary and your technician loses access once they disconnect.
